Transparent answers for fuel network owners, operators, and partners exploring settlement, reconciliation, compliance, licensing, and JV rollout with BinaxPay.
BinaxPay is a settlement-first fintech platform built for fuel station networks, fleet operators,
distributors, and JV partners. It delivers reconciliation, settlement logic, reporting, and financial
transparency across stations, fleets, and partners — then expands into cards, wallets, and regulated
services when the rollout and licensing path are ready.
Yes. BinaxPay operates as a licensed fintech provider and can support your network using our existing
licensing structure for a white-label setup where allowed. If you want your own regulated entity
(your own fintech brand / bank-style structure), we can run the licensing process for you as well — using
the same execution model we have delivered for multiple fintech launches before.
White-Label: faster go-live. You operate under BinaxPay’s existing framework (where permitted),
while keeping your brand and customer relationships.
Your Own License: long-term independence. The fintech is built under your legal entity and licensing track, giving you full ownership of the regulatory perimeter, products, and roadmap.

Settlement-first means starting with the financial backbone: transaction capture, validation,
reconciliation, settlement calculation, and audit-ready reporting — using existing rails and existing
accounts. You gain financial control and transparency first, then expand into wallets, cards, and EMI
when the market and regulatory path are ready.
Yes. BinaxPay integrates with existing POS systems, station management systems, ERP tools, and
banking statements/exports/APIs. You do not need to replace current operations. We connect sources,
standardize data, reconcile transactions, and produce clean settlement results across all parties.
In the settlement-first phase, funds remain on your existing banking rails or approved payment rails.
BinaxPay does not take custody of funds in this phase. The platform reconciles sources against real money
movement and produces audit-ready settlement reports with traceable logs for approvals, adjustments, and
rule execution.
Reports can be produced per station, per fleet, per corporate customer, per partner, per region, and per
time period. Outputs include settlement statements, reconciliation summaries, adjustments, approvals,
commissions, fees, and operational KPIs — all backed by traceable logs.
Security is enforced through role-based access control, approval workflows, audit logs, configurable
permissions per entity, and evidence trails for every adjustment. Sensitive actions can require multi-step
approvals. Activity is logged so governance remains strong across internal teams and JV partners.
Yes. BinaxPay supports JV governance with partner-level dashboards, controlled permissions, transparent
revenue splits, and audit-ready reporting. Each partner sees what they should see — and nothing they
shouldn’t — while settlement logic remains consistent and centrally governed.
The settlement-first layer becomes the foundation. Once licensing and compliance are confirmed, the same
system can expand into wallets, cards, and EMI services without rebuilding your reporting and settlement
engine. This phased rollout reduces risk and protects operations.
